Please can you either telephone or email your booking, we value every customer so if we do not get back to ask within 24hrs please contact us again.
This is a very busy time of the year for us and we will respond to all enquiries.
Terms and Conditions
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets for our Special Events. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 72 hours notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available. However, with enough notice, we can try to transfer your ticket to another event. Requests for transferral of tickets can only be made once and a rebooking fee of £6 per ticket will apply.
